Shawn Haynes is a face-paced and intense person who delivers information quickly and in small pieces. The project was to design, develop, release and submit a professional website for his company All American Recovery Group, LLC under the domain www.aar911.com. This was a hot job that started on a weekend and total turn around time was under a week.

One day into the job, Shawn was eager to get an update and I have his email asking how things are going so far on the project on March 21st, 2009.

On March 22nd design resources were hired and an invoice was delivered to All Amerian Recovery

The whole point of this was to create a professional website in a hurry because Shawn had meetings with state and government offices and knew that he would be evaluated and researched and his existing website wasn't professional. The brochure was completed and delivered while producing the website and all of it was delivered and recieved ontime.

By the third day into this project, Shawn requested that a sales brochure be created in 2 days so that he can distribute them when All American Recovery Group was hosting the local chamber of commerce mixer and needed these ASAP. How All American Recovery Group Does Business

This entire work cycle was done on a rush basis to meet the needs of AAR LLC and Shawn Haynes. My company delivered everything agreed to. During this time Shawn had told me that the website deposit invoice for $5,000 was being paid and that he had actually increased the amount to $5,500 since we did a great and fast job. That was in March. I was told several times by Shawn that the balance was on it's way. I was given email from the finace desk that it was listed to be paid. I was told that the check is in the mail.

I have full email records from the project period clearly stating that a check has been sent, a check is going to be sent, a wire transfer is in process, a hold on funds was applied, another wire transfer in process and finally a certified check will be going in the mail... From March through May I have recieved verbal and email statements that a payment was, is going to, will be sent. Each of these statements has turned out to be false. Throughout the process of this entire project, Shawn Haynes was proactive in his communication when he was waiting on deliveries from my firm and since work was delivered and recieved by All American Recovery Group, LLC, the commuinication dropped off. I have my cell phone reports of numerous phone calls a day, text messages sent to Shawn's cell phone, email sent to all AAR, LLC contacts that I had at the time. Nothing was responded to until I wrote this testimonial on my website.
