The Assisted Living Register is a nationwide database of licensed Assisted Living Communities and Board and Care Homes (also known as "Assisted Living Facilities"). The register is free to join and free for seniors and families to search.

AssistedLivingRegister.com
Purpose: Offer families convenient access to all of the licensed care options in their search area based on their senior's care needs, preferences, lifestyle and budget. Provide assisted living communities the ability to showcase their care home - a community representative can register and publish a profile with an amenities list, photo and descriptions for free.
The initial offer is an easy to use information resource where a family has access to all of the licensed care homes in their search area without having to provide any information. The community, name, address and phone numbers have been imported and it is available to families in geographic search results, for free. This is a search engine built specifically for Assisted Living Communities and Alzheimer's Care Homes. 30,875 licensed care homes and communities were in the Assisted Living Register the day it was publicly available.

Saving Family and Community Time
Our goal is to streamline the dialog between the family member and the community administrators. Communities need to understand the resident's needs in order to answer questions related to acceptance, care costs, availability, etc. A resident assessment is performed to determine the senior's care needs, which is then used to match the resident with a community care level and/or create a custom care plan. The register offers an 8-part assessment that covers general information, physical health, medications, mobility, activities of daily living, mental status and living preferences, which can be securely provided to the communities in order to get everybody closer to the answers that they need.
When a family member completes the assessment and views a completed Assisted Living Register profile, the system will show quality scores for how well-matched the resident's needs and preferences are with the features of the community.

Providing Information
Communities offer similar amenities, differently. Each amenity can be selected for display on the profile and there's an opportunity to provide more detail. These amenities are used as search criteria and play a role in the match quality scoring. This is available to all profiles and provided as part of the free Assisted Living Register profile.
