You might speak to Audra or Linnette. Both are very pleasant people to speak with on the phone and appear to be quite nice and down to earth. The history of this business review begins in early February 2009. Audra called my company on a Friday and had an emergency design requirement for her business and pleaded for weekend work to be performed for a presentation early the following week. I told her that I would connect her directly with my creative director and it was really up to him whether or not he wanted to work on his days off. He agreed and they began communicating about her project requirements.

Hello David, let me know if you can view these. As far as product placement we'l have 3 different machines to choose from as they will be custom configurations. Please start with Diaper, hand sanatizer, pacifiers, baby sunblock, similac ready to feed formula, childrens motrin,Travel wipes, gerber juice, and add a viarity of the remaining items to fit the machine as it would look best from an artistic view. If there are to many items, no worries, we have other machines to accomodate. Place the products now where they look the best. And we will arrange auger configuation upon ordering. You are wonderful in taking this on. Will we still be speaking at tow my time or would you like to reset for a bit later?

I love it. The logo is great there. I still think in needs a little more in the way of color, to keep it from looking like an average snack machine with the exception of product. Would it be hard for you to make the border of the machine silver, meaning the right vertical part around the coin mechanism, the left vertical part that goes aroun lock and the top header? I think this would nicely frame the front of the machine. Also could some green be added to the bottom earth the children are on. I think these finishing touches will get us where we need to be. Let me know, again, I appreciate all your doing. I apologize for the delayed response, I have been at a conference that followed our bible study at Church. If there is anyway possible this can be done tonight let me know and I will complete the website and publish it.

Lovin' it even more! I also love the green in the earth, can it have the green and blue? Lastly, I have been concentrating on this picture for a while now - as I focus on the products, which I love, I feel it may be better to see on the fourth row down (where the bowls are) larger product placement, Like possible chage out with the gerber lil' fruits and the gerber yogurt bites?? It just seems like shelf number four has the largest item capicity. What are your thoughts?? I know I said just put them anywhere, which too is okay... You are a wonderful Artist! I admire that you can take an idea an get it done so quickly. I will reccomened your services to anyone with branding and mareting needs.

Wee Travel Vending Business Actions

It was over two months of phone calls and email that went unanswered to. Once this weekend delivery was received, communication dropped. Email replies were very quick and throughout the weekend when Wee Travel, Inc needed something from my company. My attempts weren't subtle; I posted messages through their website using their contact form, I emailed every email address I had for company contacts and I called every number I could find for Wee Travel and even left personal messages with "Josh" through their toll-free line... and not a single reply or response came of it. And over a month later, I sent this email... I got a reply that day. Imagine that.

I am optimizing the page to rank for your entity name, people searching for your business and looking for reviews for Wee Travel. The content includes your email, clearly stating that you want services and want to be invoiced. It also clearly shows that both David and I were working over a weekend at your request. Since, I have not been able to get a hold of anyone or let alone, a call back.

I will continue to update and publish information as long as the lack of response continues. I am still only seeking that we resolve this issue and both follow through with our word. Wee Travel, Inc's CEO, Steven Smith

I got a call back within an hour from Steven Smith at Wee Travel, Inc. He called it blackmail and was not very happy with the situation either and we essentially argued over email. I explained to him that WEE TRAVEL contacted me, requested and received work with a promise to pay the costs. He came back and said he would hire a professional to evaluate "fair market value" for services that Wee Travel, Inc were given. I told him that he needs to call an Internet Business Consulting Firm and request that their lead consultant and brand manager give you a quote for their time over a weekend in order to make this realistic. Steven Smith told me that he feels I am blackmailing him and my response was helping him understand that I am not threatening harm or action in exchange for a demand, I am writing a Wee Travel, Inc Testimonial and putting it on my website. His next step was to go on the offensive and file a complaint against my company on the Better Business Bureau website. Steven claimed that he had a verbal agreement of $250 for this project, which is his settlement offering. He is under the impression that myself and my creative director's weekend time would be retained for a couple hundred bucks... $250 is 1 hour for both myself and David's time on any business day. Read the email transcripts above and ask yourself if there's more than an hour of communication and work being performed on a weekend. I tried to work with a business on a favor, without a contract and be supportive in this engagement and this is the outcome. Steven Smith stated that he is the owner of Wee Travel, Inc and this is how he shows accountability for himself as well as the actions of his company.

Anyone considering conducing business with Wee Travel should read this review and make a decision if you want to do business with a company who's ownership and managers demonstrate unethical and weak moral standards with their agreements.


Wee Travel, Inc's CEO, Steven Smith goes on the offense

Throughout all of this, I requested a phone call and somebody to address this issue. Steven Smith of Wee Travel went to the BBB to initiate a complaint about being blackmailed. I don't see how documented evidence of his company requesting work, a creative director spending his Sunday and working into the next morning to complete ontime, and getting paid for services is blackmail. You can read the thread on the BBB website where Wee Travel, Inc CEO Steven Smith complains about being blackmailed. I have produced all of the email and have offered to show him a month's worth of cell phone records showing his phone number on the outbound call list with 1 minute call times, leaving a message. He recieve my previous email, however it didn't justify a response, until I sent him the one showing Google results with his company's testimonial appearing next to his website in rankings for queries about the company.

Since this activity, there has been a new Wee Travel Inc website, shown below, that is the same company and leadership that lead to this business engagement's results.
